Americas Risk Management (ARM) is committed to being a world-class leader in proactively managing risk, maintaining a system of strong controls, providing guidance and clear direction in key risk principles, and achieving an appropriate balance between risk and reward. Key areas include compliance, model risk, credit strategy, credit risk, operational risk, informational risk, risk governance, and risk strategy. Participation in this Summer Analyst Program gives students an in-depth learning experience at the heart of our business in the Americas.

- Networking Opportunity: Participate in activities that foster networking with peers, managers, colleagues, and senior leaders across MUFG.
- Mentorship: You have the option to meet members of the Next Generation Leaders Employee Resource Group and explore membership opportunities.
- Work Experience: You will also work with other Risk Management Analysts on a team project, sponsored by Risk Executives, with the opportunity to present as a team to Americas Risk Management Leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You are passionate about building a career in Banking and Risk Management
- You are a rising senior and preferably have a GPA of 3.0 or above
- Your communication, mathematical, analytical and statistical skills are impressive
- You excel working independently or as a team member and are enthusiastic about collaborating with groups across the organization
- You are a self-starter with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, integrity, and ability to creatively solve problems
- MUFG will not hire individuals for internships or entry-level positions whose work eligibility is based on their F-1 or other student visa status
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis and would not require visa sponsorship now, or in the future
