MUFG’s Updated COVID-19 Vaccination Policy (as of 11/23/2021):
In consideration for the safety of our clients and colleagues, we will be requiring colleagues
to be fully vaccinated* by their start date
for positions that are in-office or hybrid, unless they have a medical and/or religious
exemption, as well as any other reason required by
applicable law or order. For those who request a medical or religious exemption, the company
will consider making reasonable accommodations,
consistent with applicable law. Please note, MUFG’s new policy on COVID-19 vaccination does not
apply to remote positions unless the employee
is required to have in-person interaction with colleagues or clients. New colleagues will be
required to attest to vaccination status upon hire in accordance with the above.
*A person is fully vaccinated when 14 days have passed since their final dose of the COVID-19
vaccine (i.e., their second Pfizer or Moderna dose or their first Johnson & Johnson dose).
Thank you for your interest in exploring career opportunities with MUFG.
