What will you gain from the Summer Analyst Program?
The Operations Summer Analyst Program provides you with hands-on experience and insight into operations in the banking industry.
- Work Experience: This program will give you an opportunity to work with experienced professionals on projects related to your current studies.
- Networking Opportunity: Analysts come from a wide variety of schools and backgrounds. In addition, you will collaborate with colleagues and senior leaders throughout MUFG.
- Training Courses: MUFG offers training sessions for you on a variety of subjects.
ANALYST ASSIGNMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
- You are a rising senior and preferably have a GPA of 3.0 or above
- You excel at working independently or as a team member and enthusiastic about collaborating with groups across the organization
- You are technologically savvy and have mastered the Microsoft Office Suite
- You are a self-starter with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, integrity, and ability to creatively solve problems
- MUFG will not hire individuals for internships or entry-level positions whose work eligibility is based on their F-1 or other student visa status
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis and would not require visa sponsorship now, or in the future
SUMMER ANALYST SPOTLIGHT
PROJECT MANAGEMENT ACADEMY
Those who are interested in project management can be considered for the Project Management Academy upon successful completion of the Summer Analyst Program. Participants will learn directly from our professionals about our project management tools, processes and project life cycle.
This two-year recent-graduate program encompasses 120 hours of comprehensive project management training, a 12-month rotational program, and real-world project assignments to reinforce newly learned concepts. After completing the program, you will receive guidance on obtaining your certification.
