Discover our culture of respect and inclusion

At MUFG, you'll find a work environment where diversity, equity, and inclusion are imperative to the way we do business. DEI is embraced, encouraged, and expected—in guiding our thinking and driving our actions. Our culture is rooted in our values, not the least of which are integrity and respect. By remaining steadfast to these values, we have built a dynamic workforce with the power to grow our business, retain satisfied and loyal clients, and create meaningful and prosperous professional relationships.

EMPLOYEE RESOURCE NETWORKS

Open to all colleagues, our Enterprise Resource Networks (ERNs) are aligned with key regions and focus on a variety of cultural backgrounds and life experiences, including race, generations, veteran status, gender, and sexual orientation. Their Members voluntarily come together to reinforce the company’s values by promoting personal and professional development, facilitating mentoring opportunities, functioning as a company resource, and providing client insights.

Our ERNs are vital to our business – they contribute to positive change in the communities where we work and live, expand networking opportunities, and help enhance employee engagement through various platforms for colleagues to share their stories and diverse perspectives.
