The ISA Summer Analyst Program provides analysts with hands-on experience and insight into technology and operations in the banking industry.
The Summer Analyst Program provides an opportunity to work on meaningful projects that contribute to the success of our business units, while learning from and gaining exposure to experienced professionals throughout the bank.
At the start of the Summer Analyst Program, you will meet with your project leader and team members to collaborate on your assignment.

Upon successful completion of the Summer Analyst Program, individuals will be considered for our Project Management Academy (PMA) program. Participants will learn directly from our professionals about our project management tools, processes and project life cycle.
This two-year recent graduate program encompasses 120 hours of comprehensive project management training, a 12-month rotational program, and real-world project assignments to reinforce newly learned concepts. After completing the program, you will receive guidance on obtaining your PMI (Project Management Institute) certification.
