Step 1:  CIB Summer Analyst Program (Internship)

Working with a mentor, you'll be assigned projects designed to build your analytical and decision-making skills. These projects will be heavily varied and you'll have the opportunity to see them through to completion.

By the end of your experience, you'll have a much better understanding of the complex needs of our range of multinational clients. Summer analysts placement groups are the following:

  • Corporate Banking Groups (Relationship Banking): U.S. and Latin America.
  • Investment Banking and Markets (Products): Corporate Advisory, Global Financial Solutions, Global Markets (Derivatives & FX Sales), Project Finance, Securitization, Commodity Structured Trade Finance, Syndications, Leasing & Asset Finance, and Transaction Banking.

The last day to submit resumes is October 17 at 11:59pm EDT.

Step 2:  MUFG Global Analyst Program

Our Summer Analyst Program is also a proven route onto our Global Analyst Program (GAP). The top-performing summer analysts may receive a full-time Analyst job offer and will be eligible to join our GAP. This will provide the strong foundation in business finance and the skills necessary to excel in a global financial services organization.

Step 3:  Global Rotation Training Program (GRTP)

After three years at the Bank, qualified employees have the opportunity to apply and work for one year at various MUFG offices worldwide. It is a unique opportunity to learn the business and cultures of other MUFG regions, and to develop an extensive global network.
